I guess you have to just work out how much your bub needs for a feed. I had a go at that calcuulator from one of the earlier posts and it said about 80mls, but my 5wk old will happily have 120 or more...

And in answer to the question about expressing the full feed in one go - if you can, great do it! Saves a lot of time that way as long as you have at least an hour before next feed, but if you can't...

You need about 120mls for one feed. For young b...

You need about 120mls for one feed. For young babies they say a feed is 150mls x wt in kgs divided by no. of feeds in a day... so if bub is 4kg then it's 150 x 4 (600) divided by say 8 and that is 120....
