And in answer to the question about expressing the full feed in one go - if you can, great do it! Saves a lot of time that way as long as you have at least an hour before next feed, but if you can't just get as much as you can over a couple of sessions throughout the day. As for your emergency supplies in freezer, you need much more than 20mls in each bottle. Good luck! Expressing is much more hard work than BF but worth it to get some time out!
